juju deploy bind-k8s

Platform:
This charm is configured to deploy by default with an image built using an OCI Recipe in Launchpad and published to dockerhub, which will deploy bind with its stock Ubuntu package configuration. This will forward all queries to root name servers.
DNSSEC is enabled by default.
