The Calico ACL Manager turns a connectivity graph into a collection of ACLs
suitable for building virtual layer 3 networks. This charm deploys the ACL
manager as recommended in the Project Calico deployment guide.
The Calico ACL Manager turns a connectivity graph into a collection of ACLs for use by Felix. This charm deploys the Calico ACL Manager and connects it to both the Calico plugin for a cloud orchestrator and the Calico agent (Felix).
Currently, the only available plugin is for OpenStack, and is provided by the neutron-api charm. The only available agent is Felix, and deployed into OpenStack by using the neutron-calico charm.
For more information, check out the Project Calico homepage.
To deploy this charm for OpenStack, you need to first have deployed the neutron-api and neutron-calico charms. Then, the following sequence of commands will deploy the charm:
juju deploy calico-acl-manager juju add-relation calico-acl-manager neutron-api juju add-relation calico-acl-manager neutron-calico
There are no configuration options for the Calico ACL Manager.
- (string) Repository from which to install Calico packages. May be one of the following options: default, or ppa:somecustom/ppa. Note that this must be set before the 'install' hook runs.
